CUSTOMER BENEFICIALLY Group A

  1. 1.The investor is entitled to receive a 5% guarantee rental return per annum for a total of 10 years which work out to a total of 50% over 10 years.
    1.1) The 2 term five years rental guarantee yield contract is valid for a total of 10 years which is renewabled upon the end of first 5 year contract.
  2. 2.Customer will be able to receive their monthy rental income a quick and fast manner through various Fintech applications such as Alipay, Wechat, Rabbit, True money and Bitcoin.
  3. 3.When investors and owners visit Thailand, they will be serviced with our Electronic Bulter which ensure their travelling in Thailand is safe and hassle free.entitled to receive a 5% guarantee rental return per annum for a total of 10 years which work out to a total of 50% over 10 years.
  4. 4.Owner will be rewarded with 90 days of complimentary stays per year at all of our other commercial residencies. Investors can use these complimentary stay to increase their rental yield with their own Airbnb rental income in these properties. Owners and investors can sign the optional agreement with the developer to provide check-in ,check-out, chambermaid services and other hospitality services.
  5. 5.Due to the central location of our properties, the seller(developer) offer the options to buy back the property from the buyer by the fifth and tenth year from the date of transfer ,of the ownership of the unit from the seller(developer) to the buyer.

CUSTOMER BENEFICIALLY Group B

  1. 1.For buyers and investors who wish to tap into capital appreciaton upside certainty, they have the choice to pay in instalments which upon completion will then be able to transfer their unit.
    1.1) If for what unforseen cirumstances developer is not able to transfer the unit, a penalty of 5% levied at the net selling price is payable to the buyer.
